Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?
Yes we do! We ship worldwide.
We accept all major credit cards and PayPal 😀
Note: Lift + Rise process all orders in USD (US Dollar). While the content of your cart might displayed in your local currency, the checkout will use USD at the most current exchange rate.
Can I use several discount codes in one order?
Promotion and discount codes cannot be used together with other promotions and discounts unless stated otherwise.
How do I change or cancel my order?
If you would like to change or cancel your order, please let us know as soon as possible, at the latest by 11.59 PM PST on the day of your ordering! Please send an email to Kate@LiftandRise.com
Otherwise your order will be processed and shipped out. Any orders that have already been packed or shipped cannot be cancelled.

We are based in Santa Monica, California.

depending on stock availability, speed of delivery, and destination.
🇺🇸US: Orders arrive in 3-5 working days on average ( via USPS )
🇨🇦CANADA: Please allow 19-29 days for delivery ( via Canada Post )
🇬🇧UK: Please allow 9-14 working days for delivery ( via Royal Mail )
🇪🇺EU: Please allow 14-19 working days for delivery
🇦🇺AU: Please allow 9-14 working days for delivery
🇲🇽Mexico: Please allow 19-29 working days for delivery

In case of a delay or missed delivery, please contact us as quickly as possible. We will do everything we can to help you resolve delays resulting from courier or for delivery address problems.

OUR WAREHOUSES - WHERE PACKAGES SHIP FROM
In 99% of cases, US orders ship from our warehouses in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.
We put our warehouses in the middle of the country... so that shipping times could be shortened to anywhere in the lower 48.
Plus, shipping rates tend to be lower from Oklahoma because of location...
so that means lower shipping rates -- and faster deliveries -- for you!
Some items will also ship from California -- when stock demands it.
In more rare cases, some orders may be shipped from our international warehouses.
How do I track my order?
As soon as your order leaves our warehouses, you will receive an email with a tracking number for your order.
If you use PayPal, your tracking number will also be available in your PayPal account.
You can click the tracking link in your email... or check your tracking number on our package locator. Click here to track your package.

Will I be charged with customs or taxes?
The prices displayed on our site are tax-free in US Dollars, which means you may be liable to pay for duties and taxes once you receive your order.
Import taxes, duties and related customs fees may be charged once your order arrives to its final destination, which are determined by your local customs office.Payment of these charges and taxes are your responsibility and will not be covered by us.
We are not responsible for delays caused by the customs department in your country. For further details of charges, please contact your local customs office.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Lift + Rise is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it, you must contact your local postal service or respective courier directly.
Any lost, stolen, or damaged packages must be reported as a claim to the postal service or respective courier.

FIT KNEE GUARANTEE™
All of our knee compression sleeves are True to Fit.
The are designed to fit the measurements of your thigh to give you comprehensive relief, and give equal compression all around the knee.
1. Measure by standing up. Measure around your thigh at 4" inches above your knee cap.
2. Find your appropriate fit in the fit guide
When you get the fit that corresponds to your thigh measurements -- as shown in the fit guide -- we guarantee your knee sleeve will stay in place... or it's on us!
Note: Compression sizes are different than typical clothing sizes. Do not ballpark.

We'll send you one (1) time replacement, free of charge. We are committed to find the right fit that works for you!
If you would like to return an item, please contact us first at Kate@LiftandRise.com. Your order will be taken care of right away. You also might be eligible for free replacements.
Our refund policy extends to 30 days after receiving the products.
Please carefully inspect your shipments as soon as you receive them. We will only offer refunds, replacements or exchanges for defective, damaged, or simply unopened products when requested within 30 days of your receipt of the product. We do not offer refunds, replacements or exchanges beyond this point, such as size exchange or final sale products.
To initiate a return please email Kate@LiftandRise.com. No merchandise may be returned without prior approval and return authorization number.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
When will I receive my refund?
All refunds will be credited to your original form of payment. If you paid by credit or debit card, refunds will be sent to the card-issuing bank within 7-10 business days of receipt of the returned item or cancellation request. Please contact the card-issuing bank with questions about when the credit will be posted to your account.
If you haven't received a credit for your return yet, here's what to do: Contact the bank/credit card company. It may take some time before the refund is posted to your account.
Do we send return labels?
Because we are a small company, we cannot provide return shipping. Customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
If you are shipping an item over $45, please use a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
Received a damaged item? We’ve got you covered and will send out a new one free of charge. No need to return the damaged product!
Any damaged or defective items must be reported to us within 30 days of your package delivery date.
Please email Kate@LiftandRise.com with a photo or a short video of the defective item.
Please include your order number, photographs of the item(s) and all related references upon receiving your package.
Items are not eligible for a refund due to size or measurement issues, if the shipped item is the same variant/size as you ordered. In case the size/variant issue is due to us, we accept exchange or refund requests.
You may also cancel or amend your order within 24 hours of purchase.
If we make a mistake and you receive the wrong product, broken items or you order is missing pieces, we will take care of it ASAP at our cost! Email Kate@LiftandRise.com if you have any questions.
